All items are made to order so unfortunately we do NOT accept any returns or exchanges. Please make sure you love your item and ask all questions before purchasing.
Shipping
DOMESTIC - orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES. If you would like to add insurance to your package you can do so for $2.
INTERNATIONAL - orders are now shipped via USPS Priority Mail which although a bit more expensive allows for delivery confirmation (this is not tracking - just confirmation when the package is delivered). If you want to track your package you have to upgrade to Express Shipping. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES. If you would like to add insurance to your package you can do so for $2.If you would like your order to be sent via "GROUND" shipping please convo me for a shipping quote. Please note ground shipping is not trackable and we are not responsible for lost packages.

Production
Please allow 3 weeks for production. We will work our little hands as fast as possible to get you your handmade creation to you as quickly as possible - we promise!
Handmade Pledge
Handmade with love - please allow for small discrepencies as each item is handmade to order. We will do our best to make each piece as close to the pictures as possible.
